Finastra is looking for an experienced Benefits Lead to own and evolve our employee benefits strategy across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits & Mobility, you'll shape programs that support employee wellbeing, financial security and engagement, covering healthcare, pensions and wellness initiatives.
This is a high-impact role with regional responsibility and senior stakeholder visibility.

Finastra is looking for an experienced Benefits Lead to own and evolve our employee benefits strategy across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits & Mobility, you'll shape programs that support employee wellbeing, financial security and engagement, covering healthcare, pensions and wellness initiatives.
This is a high-impact role with regional responsibility and senior stakeholder visibility.
What You'll Lead
- Drive the annual EMEA benefits enrollment cycle, including planning, communications and broker/carrier coordination
- Manage the design, renewal and implementation of benefit programs across multiple countries
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
- Analyse benefit data, costs and trends to support strategy, decision-making and governance
- Oversee the regional benefits budget and provide insights to leadership
- Develop clear employee communications and guidance to boost understanding and engagement
- Serve as the escalation point for complex benefit-related queries
- Stay current on market trends and legislation to inform continuous improvement
- 6+ years' experience managing benefits across the EMEA region
- Proven ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Influence benefits strategy across a diverse international region
