Salary: £800–£900 p/day (Outside IR35)

We are working exclusively with a leading Private Equity-backed portfolio company that is undergoing a high-impact transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join a fast-paced, value-driven environment where technology is a key lever for growth.

The Role:

This is a strategic architecture role within a business at a pivotal stage of its PE journey. You’ll help shape the long-term technology landscape, align core systems with business goals, and enable scalable, sustainable growth in preparation for future investment events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy across core systems and platforms
• Align IT and business roadmaps to support transformation and operational excellence
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence digital and data strategy
• Support rapid change initiatives aligned with PE value creation goals
• Ensure architectural decisions are future-proofed for scaling, integration, and potential exit

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in Private Equity-backed or portfolio companies is essential
• Experience within the financial services industry is highly desirable
• Strong background as an Enterprise Architect across multiple domains (applications, infrastructure, cloud, data)
• Comfortable operating in complex, fast-moving environments
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
