Finatal is working with a fast-growing, PE-backed data-led subscription business, seeking a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join a high-performing finance team. The business has revenues of c. £40m, and is focused on scaling ARR, improving margins, and supporting a buy-and-build growth strategy. This is a key role reporting into the Director of FP&A & CFO, with broad exposure across commercial and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own core FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Support monthly reporting and performance analysis across the group
• Build and maintain financial models across revenue, churn, pricing, and cohort performance
• Track key KPIs including ARR, margin, CAC, LTV, and retention
• Produce board and investor reporting packs
• Partner with commercial and operational teams on performance improvement
• Support M&A activity including modelling, due diligence, and integration support
• Improve FP&A tools, reporting, and dashboards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• FP&A experience in a PE-backed SaaS / data / subscription business
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), ideally audit trained
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; exposure to BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Anaplan etc.)
• Experience in buy-and-build or multi-entity environments
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
• M&A exposure advantageous
