About the Role
We are supporting a well-funded, private equity-backed infrastructure platform with the appointment of an interim FP&A Manager to support a critical phase of growth and investment.
The business is expanding into the data centre space, leveraging existing real estate and infrastructure capabilities to deliver modular, scalable solutions. With significant capital backing and an active development pipeline, the organisation is moving at pace, with its first operational site due to go live shortly and multiple additional sites planned over the next 12–36 months.
This role has been created to support a live debt raise and to strengthen financial planning and analysis capabilities during a key stage of expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, providing commercial insight, supporting investment decisions, and building out robust financial planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the FY26 budget, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including a 3–5 year business plan
- Support ongoing debt raise activities, including preparation of financial materials and analysis
- Provide commercial insight into capital expenditure across multiple data centre projects
- Partner with operational and development teams to track project performance and investment returns
- Develop and enhance FP&A processes, reporting, and financial visibility
- Support scenario analysis and strategic decision-making across the project pipeline
- Work closely with leadership to support the scaling of the finance function
Requirements
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with strong FP&A experience
- Background within infrastructure, real estate, energy, or capital-intensive environments is essential
- Proven experience supporting capex-heavy projects and long-term investment planning
- Strong financial modelling capability, including integrated 3-statement models
- Experience supporting fundraising or debt processes is highly desirable
- Commercial mindset with strong business partnering capability
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
