We’re looking for a skilled Senior Developer to join our partner’s grow tech team and help build, enhance and support a suite of innovative web-based products used globally by enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with fellow developers, supporting internal teams and clients, and contributing to new feature development, AI-driven solutions, and product improvements.

Our partner is based in Richmond and typically in the office 2/3 times a week although they can be flexible if needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance web applications using modern technologies (PHP, Laravel, ASP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, jQuery, Vue.js).
• Contribute to new product development based on user needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with senior developers for knowledge sharing and coaching.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers.
• Assist with testing and QA to ensure high-quality releases.
• Occasional out-of-hours support or on-site client visits.

Experience required

• Full stack experience working with React JS on the front end as well as PHP for the back end.
• Experience building products with AI as a key component.
• Experience developing agentic AI solutions.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
• Knowledge of SQL, jQuery, server-side scripting concepts.
• Experience in Windows environments.
• Commercial or industry-specific experience is a plus.
