£90,000-£140,000 base salary

- 6+ years experience at a Big Four or similar top-tier consultancy, having reached at least Manager level
- Highly articulate, emotionally intelligent and relationship-led
- A track record leading significant workstreams, with a budget and headcount to reflect, real decision-making impact, ideally end-to-end.
- Software delivery lifecycle experience is a bonus, not essential.
- Experience across sectors and capabilities, not a narrow technical specialist
- A strong track record influencing at C-Suite or board level
- History of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients
