Job Title: Sales Engagement & Deal Execution Specialist (RegTech FinregE)

Location: London

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 3–8 Years

Work Model: Hybrid (Office-based with limited remote flexibility)

About Us:

We are a pioneering RegTech company revolutionizing financial regulatory compliance through artificial intelligence. Our flagship platform, FinregE, is the world's first AI-powered, end-to-end solution for automated regulatory compliance - used by global banks, insurers, and asset managers to detect, interpret, and act on regulatory changes in real time.

As we scale globally, we're looking for a Sales Engagement & Deal Execution Specialist - a key operational force who ensures that warm leads from our website are nurtured, guided through demos, RFI/RFP processes, and smoothly transitioned from first contact to contract signing and handover.

This is not a high-pressure sales role, but a strategic, process-driven position critical to our client onboarding success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to warm, qualified leads generated via the FinregE website, initiating contact and scheduling personalized platform demonstrations.
  • Demo Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming leads; coordinate and attend live demos led by regulatory experts, capturing key discussion points, objections, stakeholder interests, and next steps.
  • Lead Nurturing: Follow up with prospects post-demo through emails, calls, and additional sessions to keep leads warm, answer queries, and guide them through the evaluation phase.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and send pricing proposals upon request, tailored to client scope and engagement model.
  • RFI/RFP Handling: When clients issue Requests for Information (RFI) or Requests for Proposal (RFP), review documentation, extract requirements, and complete responses to the best of your ability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal subject matter experts across Regulatory, Technology, Commercial, Business, and Implementation teams to gather inputs and ensure accurate, compelling, and timely RFI/RFP submissions.
  • Deal Tracking & Follow-Up: Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities, tracking progress across stages - from demo to procurement - and proactively driving momentum toward deal closure.
  • Deal Closure Support: Assist in final negotiations, clarify deliverables, and support the transition from sales to contracting.
  • Contractual Documentation: Aid in preparing and reviewing contractual documents, service descriptions, and SLAs in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
  • Implementation Handover: Once the contract is signed, compile and transfer all relevant client information, scope details, commitments, and expectations to the Implementation Team for seamless onboarding.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3–8 years of experience in pre-sales support, sales operations, bid management, or client engagement - preferably in a SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or consulting environment.
  • Proven ability to manage RFIs and RFPs independently - including structuring responses, coordinating inputs, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills - with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and internal experts across domains (regulatory, tech, commercial).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, and document collaboration platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior exposure to regulatory compliance, financial services, or AI-driven software platforms.
  • Familiarity with FinregE, GRC tools, compliance automation, or RegTech solutions.
  • Experience supporting enterprise software sales or B2B SaaS implementations.
  • Basic understanding of contractual terms, SLAs, data privacy, and procurement processes.
Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Required): BBA, B.Com, LLB, B.Tech, or equivalent

Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, M.Com, LLM) are a plus.
