The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with commercial finance brokers and introducers across the Milton Keynes. Your focus will be on driving deal flow, educating partners on the platform, and positioning the business as a key funding solution for SME clients.
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Build and grow a high-performing broker network across the Milton Keynes.
🤝 Develop strong relationships with commercial finance brokers and introducers
📈 Increase deal flow and lending volumes from new and existing partners
🧠 Educate brokers on products, credit appetite, and the fintech platform
🗺 Manage your territory with regular face-to-face meetings and events
💬 Work closely with credit and internal teams to deliver quick outcomes for clients.
