Operations Executive

• Hybrid role in London (Rotational Shifts based role)

Responsibilities

• Act as the company's representative in the industry, handling client communications, negotiating with technology partners, and resolving trading-related issues.
• Closely working with the team, including senior management.
• Assist clients during their onboarding and setup process and provide ongoing support throughout their trading journey with the company.
• Set up a customized trading space for new clients
• Manage, maintain and support trading platforms (MT4/5, PrimeXM, YourBourse hubs and our Proprietary Trading Platform);
• Actively listen to clients and find the best solutions to enhance their trading experience.
• Conduct end-to-end trade investigations.
• Keep track of daily trading, client activity, and platform logs to spot and fix issues early.
• Handle trade reconciliations and settlement reports.
• Maintain and improve Operational documentation processes & procedures.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and positively. Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eager to suggest and implement improvements to internal processes.
• Enthusiastic about understanding and solving client queries.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside business hours when required by market/trading conditions.
