Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior eFX liquidity analyst to lead liquidity analytics, LP performance, execution optimization, and liquidity exposure management. The role will work closely with Trading, Risk, Operations, Development, and Sales while managing relationships with LPs and execution venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own LP performance analytics across spreads, fill rates, slippage, rejects, latency, and last-look.
• Set performance benchmarks and drive liquidity routing and LP allocation optimisation.
• Evaluate and onboard new Liquidity Providers and execution venues.
• Monitor hedging execution and liquidity exposure, identifying concentration risks and recommending mitigation.
• Act as a key link between the Liquidity Desk and Risk, Operations, Development, and Sales.
• Manage relationships with LPs, venues, and clients.
• Provide expertise across FX, commodities, equities, crypto, futures, market structure, and execution technology.
• Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in FX/CFD brokerage, electronic trading, liquidity management, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills; SQL and Python preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronic trading systems, FIX connectivity, liquidity technology, and order routing.
• Excellent stakeholder and LP relationship management skills.
• Proven project leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong analytical judgement, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
