Role

Support the Data Team in maintaining and improving data quality across FCHO systems
Assist with the production, validation and distribution of management information and performance reports
Work with colleagues to understand information requirements and reporting needs
Assist with data analysis activities to identify trends, insights, risks and opportunities
Support data governance activities including data definitions and data catalogues
Help investigate data quality issues and support corrective actions
Support data literacy initiatives and preparation of training materials
Work on digital transformation and customer experience improvement projects as designated by Digital and Technology management
Help document data flows, systems and business processes
Complete all apprenticeship learning, assignments and assessments, while applying learning to real FCHO projects
