Band 4 Service Desk Analyst TLNT1 NI

We are currently looking for an ICT Service Desk Technician to join the ICT Department at Causeway House. The role is Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a rate of pay of £14.06 per hour and is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3 months. The role will involve providing first-line IT support to staff, helping with incidents, problems and service requests, logging, updating and escalating IT issues to the appropriate support teams when needed. You will also follow up on outstanding issues to make sure they are dealt with within agreed timescales, attend relevant training, and keep Service Desk records and documentation up to date.
