About the Role

Join a high-impact team delivering next-generation Mission Critical Communications (MCX) solutions across Europe. As an MCX Engineer, youll play a key role in testing and validating advanced telecom technologies that support public safety and emergency services.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge platforms including device clients, RAN, Core, and MCPTX applications, contributing to the performance, reliability, and certification of mission-critical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test strategies for MCX Client and Application solutions
  • Perform functional, performance, accessibility, and compatibility testing
  • Analyse logs and troubleshoot across IMS, SIP, RTP, Diameter, LTE, and TETRA networks
  • Support sandbox testing and client development for certification readiness
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to meet project milestones
  • Manage trouble tickets and provide technical support to customers and partners
What Youll Bring
  • Strong background in 4G/5G Core, IMS, and MCX technologies
  • Experience with Android/iOS/Linux/Windows MCX client applications
  • Proficiency in tools such as Wireshark, QXDM, IXIA, Spirent, XCAL, Jira, HPQC
  • Knowledge of VNF deployments on VMware and OTA/EMM client software delivery
  • Familiarity with 3GPP specifications and GCF certification standards
  • Engineering degree or equivalent experience in Telecoms, Computer Science, or Electronics
  • Willingness to travel and support an on-call rota
