Are you passionate about mission-critical communications, LTE/5G Core networks, and advanced MCX client solutions? We are looking for a highly motivated MCX Engineer to join our Test and Delivery teams, leading testing, performance validation, and troubleshooting of industry-leading MCX solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a technical expert in IMS (ideally MCX) with an analytical approach to troubleshooting and E2E testing.
- Provide solution expertise and guidance for MCX Client and Application test strategy and plans.
- Execute Functional, Performance, Accessibility, and Compatibility tests.
- Track test progress accurately within project timelines.
- Validate test cases, upgrade procedures, troubleshooting guides, and documentation.
- Perform deep-dive analytics and fault investigations, providing timely resolutions.
- Provide continuous training and development recommendations for yourself and other engineers.
- Conduct MCX Client port and verification testing to support R&D development.
- Create and maintain test execution progress reports and performance logs.
- Manage trouble tickets from reporting to resolution.
- Provide technical support for Sandbox testing, including analysis, logs, and feedback.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in 4G/5G Core technologies, especially Voice/Video/Data services.
- Expertise in MCX Client applications and SDKs on Android (GMS, Non-GMS, Android Go), iOS, Linux, Windows.
- Hands-on experience with LTE testing tools: Wireshark, IXIA, Viavi, Spirent, XCAL, XCAP, QXDM, Jira, HPQC, Logcat/Putty.
- Experience in SW lifecycle testing for VNF deployments on VMware.
- Knowledge of client SW deployment via OTA/EMM.
- In-depth experience with E2E troubleshooting for LTE and TETRA networks.
- Strong understanding of 3GPP specifications and Mission Critical features.
- Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecoms, or related field.
- Awareness of GCF and other client certification standards.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to support on-call rota and extended periods on project sites.

- Deliver complex test activities to defined milestones.
- Collaborate with PMO to provide timely project updates and risk reporting.
- Build strong professional relationships across the technical and delivery teams.
- Become the SME for technical investigation across LTE and TETRA networks.
