The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Electrical Operations Engineer Operations Engineer (Electrical) to help drive operational excellence across a multi‐site data centre estate.
You will play a key role in defining, standardising, and implementing operational processes across both electrical and mechanical disciplines — ensuring consistency, resilience, and compliance across multiple mission‐critical facilities.
What You’ll Do -
- Implement and improve electrical engineering standards across multiple sites.
- Strengthen risk management, maintenance governance, and incident readiness.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, lifecycle planning, and capacity modelling.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the estate.
- Collaborate cross‐functionally to enhance uptime, resilience, and operational performance
What We’re Looking For -
- Strong electrical engineering background in critical environments
- Experience delivering or standardising multi‐site operational processes
- Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and safety frameworks
- Confident communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
