We have a vacancy for an experienced TMC Processor Programme Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract to lead the transfer of a card processor from the incumbent to a new provider platform.
The Role
- Lead and oversee the transition and implementation of card processor to a new provider, ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant team post-implementation.
- Ensure alignment with the organisation’s strategic objectives
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timelines, and risk management strategies for the project.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and collaboration across multiple departments to deliver a best-in-class solution.
- Ensure all deliverables are achieved within agreed timeframes, quality standards, and financial objectives.
- Ensure adequate system, integration and acceptance testing.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations to executive stakeholders.
- Engage cross-functional teams for a successful delivery, maintaining consistent communication between IT, platform provider/integrator and our clients to ensure needs are compatible, prioritised and delivered
The Candidate
- Expert knowledge of card products, including regulatory and compliance considerations
- Demonstrable experience with card processor platforms, preferably implementation experience.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and delivering complex solutions on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with relevant financial technologies, platforms, and providers in the prepaid and FX sector.
- Strong programme management disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred.
- Professional certifications in project management (e.g., CIPS, PMP, or PRINCE2) are highly desirable
