Rate: Negotiable Dependant on experience

Hybrid Work: 3 days office, 2 days home

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and execute a global rebranding initiative for the Grid Automation business within our clients company. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end rebranding of application firmware, hardware and software platforms, product casings, packaging, and all related documentation—ensuring compliance with our clients brand guidelines.

This position requires a structured project leader with proven experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change in industrial, energy, or technology-focused environments. Prior branding experience is not required—this role will work closely with internal brand and marketing teams for strategic and creative alignment.

Essential Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive rebranding roadmap aligned with corporate goals.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with senior stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, product management, engineering, UX/UI, operations, site leadership, and corporate brand teams to ensure unified brand implementation.
  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance and trademark protection.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for design, production, and rollout of rebranded assets.

Change Management & Communication

  • Design and implement internal and external communication strategies to support brand transition.
  • Develop training materials and support tools for sales and customer-facing teams to ensure consistent brand adoption.

Execution & Governance

  • Track project milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and status reporting across all workstreams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams within a matrixed, global organization.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Familiarity with software UI branding, product labeling, and technical documentation.
  • Experience managing rebranding projects within B2B technology, industrial, or energy sectors.
