Lead Innovation as Implementation Manager for a Cutting-Edge Financial Advice Network

Join the new UK division of a leading global financial services group and spearhead the launch of an innovative, technology-driven financial advice network. As the first hire in this pivotal role, you’ll build a high-performing implementation team, streamline adviser onboarding, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI and financial planning tools to transform how advice is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Implementation Executives
• Oversee the onboarding lifecycle of adviser firms, ensuring smooth adoption of investment propositions and advice tools
• Guide firms through CRM, client portal, and reporting system setup
• Ensure seamless integration with central platforms and AI-supported advice tools
• Develop scalable frameworks and standardised workflows
• Act as a trusted partner to adviser firms, maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Ensure all implementation activities align with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
• Capture feedback, monitor implementation progress, and work with product and operations teams to enhance systems and processes

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in building and leading operational/implementation teams
• Strong understanding of the UK financial advice and wealth management sector
• Knowledge of investment products, wrappers, platforms, and restricted advice models
• Track record of successful onboarding and implementation of financial technology solutions
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Technical knowledge of CRM systems, financial planning tools, and AI-driven advice technologies
