About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, you will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and build a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.

You will identify, engage and convert high-potential prospects into active clients while managing a portfolio of existing accounts and warm leads. Your focus will be on reactivating clients, strengthening relationships and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue.

This role requires a true hunter mindset, strong follow-up skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Native-level Portuguese speaker
• A proactive hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
• Resilient and motivated in a target-driven sales environment
• Strong communication and negotiation skills via phone and email
• Commercial aware with the ability to identify client needs
• Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM

About our Offer:

• Basic salary up to £28,000 + Uncapped commission (Typically £5k-10k in year one)
