About the Role
As a German Speaking Sales Executive, you’ll be managing your own valuable portfolio of existing accounts and warm leads as their dedicated point of contact for any queries via phone and email.
Your focus will be on proactively reactivating clients by building and strengthening relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities to grow revenue. You will lead engaging conversations with high-potential prospects, converting warm leads into active clients and building a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
This role requires a true hunter mindset, strong follow-up skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Native-level German speaker
- At least 6 months’ experience in sales, business development or account management in a fast-paced sales environment with short sales cycles
- A proactive hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
- Resilient and motivated in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills via phone and email
- Commercial aware with the ability to identify client needs
- Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM

- Basic salary up to £30,000 + Uncapped commission (Typically £10k+ in year one)
