Swedencare is a leading provider of innovative animal healthcare products, dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of pets across the globe.

About the Role

Swedencare UK is looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Specialist to take ownership of all things Amazon Seller Central across our brand portfolio, most notably ProDen PlaqueOff. This role covers account health, listings, advertising, inventory, pricing and reporting across our EU marketplaces — with Amazon (Spain) as the primary focus.

Spain is already one of our strongest-performing markets, and we're looking for someone who wants to take it further — not just maintain it. You'll own the Spain growth strategy end-to-end: market and competitor research, market share tracking, and turning insight into action, while applying the same rigour across our wider EU/UK portfolio.

This is as much about mindset as it is about experience. We want someone genuinely passionate about e-commerce and Amazon as a channel, who brings a real growth mindset — curious, proactive, always looking for the next opportunity rather than waiting to be told where one is — and who's excited to learn, adapt, and grow alongside a team that cares about the same thing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the growth strategy for Amazon (Spain) as the primary market focus — market research, competitor analysis, and market share tracking, translated into a clear, actionable growth plan.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Seller Central accounts, including account health, case log resolution, and policy compliance.
  • Own the full product listing lifecycle: creation, optimisation, A+ content, variations, and catalogue data quality across Spanish and EU marketplaces.
  • Plan, execute and optimise PPC/advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display), monitoring ACoS, ROAS and spend allocation, with a keen eye on the Spanish market's performance.
  • Produce regular sales, inventory and performance reporting, identifying trends, risks and growth opportunities at SKU and marketplace level.
  • Conduct competitor and keyword research to identify ranking gaps and discovery opportunities — and keep an eye on which formats and competitors are gaining share.
  • Coordinate inventory planning and forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstock across FBA and EFN.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, deals and Buy Box performance.
  • Monitor reviews, ratings and customer feedback, escalating issues where required.
  • Maintain general compliance awareness for EU marketplaces, liaise with Amazon Seller Support and, where applicable, an Account Manager, to resolve listing, account health or fulfilment issues.
  • Maintain clear operational documentation (SOPs) for Amazon processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing, NPD and finance teams on new product launches and promotional activity, with a particular focus on activity that supports Spain's continued growth.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing an Amazon Seller Central account, ideally within FMCG, health, pet care or a related consumer category.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display) and PPC optimisation.
  • Confident working with Amazon Seller Central data, reports and analytics tools.
  • Experience managing product listings, catalogue data and A+ content.
  • Understanding of FBA operations, inventory planning and demand forecasting.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and priorities independently.

Desirable

  • Spanish language skills, spoken and/or written — advantageous for supporting the Amazon marketplace and Spanish-speaking stakeholders, but not essential.
  • Experience managing multiple EU marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with third-party Amazon analytics/PPC tools (e.g. Titan Tools, Helium 10, or similar).
  • Experience with EU compliance requirements such as VAT, EPR/LUCID.
  • Knowledge of the pet health, veterinary or wellness category.
  • Prior experience specifically growing or scaling an Amazon (Spain) account.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Genuinely passionate about e-commerce and Amazon as a channel.
  • A real growth mindset: proactively seeks out opportunities.
  • Willing and eager to learn, adapt and grow.
  • Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of how Amazon performance links to wider business objectives.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient, comfortable owning a channel with minimal oversight.
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to translate numbers into clear recommendations.
  • A natural collaborator who wants to be part of a close, passionate team.
  • Adaptable to Amazon's frequently changing policies, tools and algorithms.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to own and grow a high-profile, high-performing Amazon channel for a market-leading pet health brand — Spain is already succeeding, and you'll be the one who takes it further.
  • A collaborative, passionate team environment with genuine scope to shape strategy, not just execute it.
  • Real investment in your development — this is a role for someone who wants to grow their skills as fast as we grow the channel.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
