The Role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales, content specialists and partners, you’ll plan, deliver and optimise high-performing demand generation campaigns. You’ll take ownership of lead targets, performance reporting and campaign optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate value propositions and buyer journeys into targeted, high-performing campaigns
- Apply Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles to campaign planning
- Manage campaign onboarding, messaging and outreach with internal teams
- Coordinate data selections and audience targeting
- Oversee day-to-day campaign performance across multiple channels
- Optimise campaigns to achieve lead volume, quality and conversion targets
- Troubleshoot performance issues and implement real-time improvements
- Ensure compliance, platform best practices and campaign accuracy
- Build and maintain dashboards, lead tracking and reporting visibility
- Report weekly and monthly on performance, pipeline and insights
- Present results clearly to internal stakeholders and clients
- Make data-driven recommendations to continually improve results
The Ideal Candidate
You’ll be a motivated, detail-oriented campaign professional with a strong interest in B2B lead generation and performance marketing. Confident working with data and stakeholders, you’ll enjoy taking ownership of campaigns and driving measurable outcomes. About you:
- Proven in-house experience in lead generation
- Experience in campaign management, marketing operations or similar roles
- Understanding of the IT / technology sector and B2B sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data
- Excellent organisation and project management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating closely with B2B sales teams
- Ability to write or refine outreach and campaign copy
- A proactive, detail-focused and results-driven mindset
- Desire to work within and grow in the IT and technology space
