About the Internal Account Manager Opportunity:

This is a sales led role focused on growing and retaining an assigned portfolio of customers through renewals, re-signs, and upselling additional products and services.

You’ll run outbound sales campaigns, build a strong pipeline, and take ownership of opportunities from start to finish. If you’re motivated by targets, commission, and performance, this role offers real earning potential in a fast-paced office environment.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in a sales driven role (account management, internal sales, telesales, or B2B sales)
  • Proven success in upselling, growing and retaining existing accounts
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
  • Target driven and motivated by commission
  • Organised with good CRM and pipeline management skills
  • Experience in telecoms, IT, or managed services (desirable, but not essential)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing revenue from an existing portfolio of business customers
  • Identifying and closing new sales opportunities through renewals, re-signs, upselling, and cross-selling activity
  • Running structured outbound sales campaigns aligned to business priorities
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
  • Acting as the main commercial contact for your customers and understanding their needs to support satisfaction and retention
