B2B Sales Executive – Software & Services
Location: Maidenhead/Flexible
Job Type: Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 25 hrs)
Salary: £18.5K uncapped commission
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for closing deals and building lasting client relationships?
We're looking for a confident and proactive B2B Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound prospecting, cold calling, and presenting tailored solutions to businesses in transport industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with existing clients to offer additional products and services, and reconnecting with former clients to renew relationships and explore new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and other prospecting strategies.
- Present and sell a range of software solutions and business services tailored to the client's needs.
- Conduct product demos, virtual meetings, and face-to-face presentations where applicable.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within software, SaaS, or professional services.
- Knowledge of transport industry.
- Comfortable and confident making cold calls and initiating contact with decision-makers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a hunter mentality.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
