B2B Sales Executive – Software & Services

Location: Maidenhead/Flexible

Job Type: Part-Time (Monday to Friday, 25 hrs)

Salary: £18.5K uncapped commission

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for closing deals and building lasting client relationships?

We're looking for a confident and proactive B2B Sales Executive to join our fast-growing team. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth through outbound and inbound prospecting, cold calling, and presenting tailored solutions to businesses in transport industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with existing clients to offer additional products and services, and reconnecting with former clients to renew relationships and explore new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools and other prospecting strategies.
  • Present and sell a range of software solutions and business services tailored to the client's needs.
  • Conduct product demos, virtual meetings, and face-to-face presentations where applicable.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within software, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Knowledge of transport industry.
  • Comfortable and confident making cold calls and initiating contact with decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a hunter mentality.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
