The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, hunter-mentality Head of Business Development & Partnerships to lead our global expansion through aggressive outbound acquisition. As a senior leader, your mission is to build a powerhouse network of strategic alliances from the ground up. You aren't just managing existing accounts; you are the primary driver of new market entry, executing relentless outreach strategies that convert cold prospects into high-value partners.
The ideal candidate lives for the "win," understands the psychology of high-stakes negotiation, and has a proven track record of opening doors at the highest levels within various brands from Payments to Lifestyle.
What You'll Own
- Develop and execute "hunter" strategies to identify and secure new partnerships to drive massive user growth.
- Lead the charge in cold calling, cold emailing, and high-level networking to build a robust pipeline of potential strategic allies.
- Focus on the end-to-end acquisition of high-impact partners that align with our Super App's ecosystem, including Finance, Lifestyle, etc.
- Stay ahead of market trends to navigate complex negotiations and secure "first-to-market" deals that increase organic reach.
- Full ownership of roadmap and strategy development and budget management.
- Build a team that sits underneath you.
- Analyse commercial KPIs (CPA, Revenue Share, Conversion Rate) to ensure the ROI of your newly acquired partnership funnels.
What You'll Bring
Must-haves
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing partnerships, specifically in outbound sales or strategic acquisition within FinTech or E-commerce.
- You must have successful case studies demonstrating your ability to secure major deals through cold outreach and proactive prospecting.
- Deep technical knowledge of deal structures and the ability to close complex, multi-regional contracts.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the "thick skin" required to thrive in an outbound environment.
- Ability to translate partnership pipeline metrics into actionable business insights for the executive team.
- A "Super App" moves fast; you must be comfortable switching gears and pitching to different service verticals and demographics.
