Project Manager

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, organised, and process-driven Project Manager to streamline the execution of our global initiatives. The ideal candidate lives and breathes workflow efficiency, understands the psychology of team dynamics, and has a proven track record of managing or assisting large-scale cross-functional projects for tech products or digital platforms.

What You'll Own

• Develop and execute project management strategies across various departments to drive massive operational growth and direct product delivery.
• Lead the end-to-end management of high-impact project lifecycles that align with our apps multi-service ecosystem, such as Finance, Lifestyle, etc.
• Stay ahead of project management methodologies and platform tools to create "optimised workflow" opportunities that increase team productivity.
• Analyse project KPIs (timeline, resource allocation, budget, etc) to optimise team performance. You will be responsible for the ROI of project-to-launch funnels.
• Work closely with the Product and Growth teams to align project timelines.
• Lead the creation, documentation, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent execution across all product verticals.

What You'll Bring

Must-haves

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably within the FinTech, E-commerce, or mobile app industries.
• You must have successful case studies demonstrating significant project delivery success and measurable operational efficiency spikes.
• Deep technical knowledge of project management softwares.
• Proven experience in establishing SOPs and governance models within a fast-scaling tech environment.
• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for risk assessment and resource planning.
• Ability to translate project metrics into actionable business insights.
• A "Super App" moves fast. You need to be comfortable switching gears between different service verticals.

Nice-to-haves

• Background in working with global markets or multi-regional project rollouts.
• Deep interest in the "Super App" business model and platform economy.
• Fluency in Chinese is a bonus.
