Project Manager (Mandarin Speaking)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Assistant to support our Project Managers in delivering innovative features and enhancements for our fast-growing social networking app. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in project management within a dynamic and collaborative technology environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating activities, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Project Managers
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Monitor project timelines and assist in identifying potential risks or delays
- Maintain project plans, status reports, and dashboards
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables
- Support resource planning and task allocation tracking
- Assist with user testing coordination and feedback collection
- Translate project documents, reports, and communications where required
- Ensure project documentation is organised, up to date, and accessible
- Support post-launch reviews and performance reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role (preferably within tech or digital products)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Proven ability to work effectively in a bilingual business environment
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana or similar)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
