We are seeking an exceptional Global Dev Ops Lead with 12-15 years of experience to establish and scale our Global Dev Ops practice across Flight Centre Travel Group's multi-market technology landscape. Demonstrated success establishing Dev Ops operating models and driving organizational transformation Leading Communities of Practice
- Building complex queries and custom dashboards
- Managing organizational-level configurations
- Full-stack monitoring and distributed tracing
- Log aggregation, A P M, and infrastructure monitoring
- Synthetic monitoring and alerting strategies
- Deep knowledge of C I/ C D principles and deployment strategies
Proficiency in scripting/automation ( Power Shell, Python, Bash)
Solid grasp of S R E principles and implementation patterns
Polished, executive-level communication skills for interactions with C-suite, senior leadership, stakeholders, peers, and vendors
Relevant certifications ( Azure Dev Ops Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, Datadog certifications)
Experience with Agile/ S A Fe methodologies at scale
