Huawei RAN Specialist

Role Purpose
Provide planning, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting support for Huawei Radio Access Network (RAN) systems to ensure high network performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, integrate, and commission Huawei RAN equipment (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Perform KPI monitoring, performance analysis, and network optimization.
• Troubleshoot RAN faults and coordinate field issue resolution.
• Support network upgrades, expansions, and parameter tuning.
• Produce technical documentation and performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Huawei RAN platforms (NodeB, eNodeB, gNodeB).
• Knowledge of RF principles, LTE/5G parameters, and optimisation tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, Scripting (basic), and analytical skills.
• Degree in Telecommunications/Electronics or equivalent experience.
