Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
-  Lead product assurance activities for satellite system design, manufacturing, and launch. 
-  Develop and implement product assurance plans aligned with customer and industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, ECSS). 
-  Ensure compliance of hardware, software, and processes with mission requirements. 
-  Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to meet quality objectives. 
-  Oversee and approve selection and qualification of parts, materials, and processes. 
-  Manage quality reviews, inspections, audits, and documentation. 
-  Support bids by defining and reviewing product assurance requirements. 
-  Monitor supplier quality and ensure compliance throughout the product life cycle. 
-  Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. 
-  Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement. 
Required Qualifications:
-  Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials). 
-  Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ECSS standards. 
-  5+ years in product assurance for space projects (ESA, UKSA, or similar). 
-  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 
-  Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 
-  Proficient in MS Office. 
-  Willingness to travel (%).
