Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead product assurance activities for satellite system design, manufacturing, and launch.

Develop and implement product assurance plans aligned with customer and industry standards (AS9100, ISO 9001, ECSS).

Ensure compliance of hardware, software, and processes with mission requirements.
 -  
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to meet quality objectives.
 -  
Oversee and approve selection and qualification of parts, materials, and processes.
 -  
Manage quality reviews, inspections, audits, and documentation.
 -  
Support bids by defining and reviewing product assurance requirements.
 -  
Monitor supplier quality and ensure compliance throughout the product life cycle.
 -  
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
 -  
Maintain quality records and support continuous improvement.
 
Required Qualifications:
-  
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Materials).
 -  
Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, and ECSS standards.
 -  
5+ years in product assurance for space projects (ESA, UKSA, or similar).
 -  
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 -  
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
 -  
Proficient in MS Office.
 -  
Willingness to travel (%).
