RF Engineer - Planning & Performance
RF Planning and Performance Engineer
My client is currently looking for a number of experienced RF Engineers who have a strong background in planning and Performance as well as KPI for a long term engagement.
Primarily you will be dealing with customer complaints and taking steps to resolve any and all issues.
There are 3 main priorities/objectives for the role:
- To address RFI complaints raised by the company's Business and Commercial channels as well the Exec channel.
- To review and investigate the previous day's KPI with step change and drill down analysis to be completed and tickets raised.
- To review anomalies detected by RAN-AD/RAC and provide feedback.
This is a hybrid role and can be based in any of the following locations.
London
Manchester
Bristol
Glasgow
Birmingham
There will be a weekend rota but that will be on 1day in an 8 week cycle.
You will need to have strong Ericsson or Nokia or Huawei hardware knowledge and experience.
