The Job

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will be focused on managing user experience and bringing relevant, actionable insights to the specific user segment. You’ll work collaboratively with UX specialists, Product Designers, Analysts, Content, and Engineering teams. You’ll manage the roadmap, contribute to the company’s goals, and make data-informed decisions. Your goal will be to create the best user experience possible while delivering and demonstrating business impact through improving trials, subscriptions, and LTV.

Your Experience Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management working with mobile technology products
  • Proven track record of thoughtful, user-focused insights that have led to successful consumer product launches
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; technically conversant and able to collaborate with engineers and designers
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to make data-driven product decisions

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities:

  • Uncover user needs and problems, prioritize them using data
  • Build a strategy aligned with the company's vision
  • Manage product requirements and feature descriptions
  • Collaborate with Product Designers and Researchers to optimize user experience
  • Use qualitative and quantitative approaches to inform decisions
  • Define and monitor product success metrics
  • Lead initiatives aligned with company OKRs
  • Partner with content teams to understand segment needs
  • Be a proactive team member

Salary Range:

Lithuania - Starting from €7300 gross per month. Ranges may vary depending on skills, competencies, and experience.
