Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Lead based in Edinburgh. The Sales Lead will manage and oversee sales operations, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include building a sales team, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to train, mentor, and lead sales teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus
  • Prior experience in SaaS or financial solutions is an advantage
