Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)
The Opportunity
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of customer relationships, drive account growth and ensure clients achieve real, measurable value from our AI‐powered platform. You’ll work closely with IT, Security and operational stakeholders to understand their goals, guide them through best practices and help them unlock the full potential of our solutions.
This is a key role within a high‐performing go‐to‐market team, offering hands‐on experience across customer management, strategic expansion and long‐term partnership development. You’ll join a team that moves quickly, learns continuously and is redefining how IT and security leaders regain time,
control and confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Build a deep understanding of customer goals, workflows and environments to drive adoption
- Lead regular business reviews focused on value, optimisation and measurable outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsell and cross‐sell motions
- Monitor account health proactively and address risks early
- Work with Support, Product and Engineering to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of activity, renewals and opportunities in HubSpot
- Stay informed on product updates, industry trends and customer needs
- Gather customer feedback to influence product improvements and GTM strategy
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ year in Account Management, Customer Success or a similar client‐facing B2B SaaS role
- Excellent communication, relationship‐building and presentation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify expansion opportunities
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Coachability, curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A passion for helping technical teams succeed and delivering real customer value
