The Opportunity This isn’t a call centre role or a high-pressure selling environment.

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be part of a high-performing commercial team, learning how to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and contribute to meaningful business conversations across mid-market and enterprise clients.

You’ll be supported every step of the way through a structured 6-month training and development programme designed to turn motivated individuals into confident, capable sales professionals.

What You’ll Be Doing

Business Development and Pipeline Growth

  • Engage new and existing customers to identify sales opportunities
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads
  • Support campaigns across key technology areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and managed services
  • Convert conversations into qualified opportunities

Account and Sales Support

  • Work alongside experienced sales professionals on active opportunities
  • Assist with pricing, proposals, and commercial discussions
  • Maintain strong client engagement throughout the sales process

Learning the Sales Craft

  • Build an understanding of modern technology solutions and their business impact
  • Use CRM systems to manage activity and pipeline
  • Develop confidence across phone, email, and meeting-based interactions

The Training Programme (6 Months) From day one, you’ll receive:

  • Structured sales training and onboarding
  • Coaching in customer engagement, objection handling, and qualification
  • Technology and commercial awareness training
  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced sales leaders
