Business Development Executive – Tech Sales (Graduate Scheme)

£30,000 Base + Uncapped Bonus | Full‐Time, Permanent

We’re hiring ambitious graduates to join our Business Development Executive Graduate Scheme in tech sales. This role offers structured training, real responsibility, and a clear progression path to Senior Account Partner (£50k base + commission + company car within 4 years).

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Hold consultative conversations around technology solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to progress deals
• Own and develop your sales pipeline

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduates with a 2:1 degree or above
• Ambitious, commercially minded, and target‐driven
