We’re a fast-growing organisational design and workforce planning platform used by some of the world’s largest enterprises. Now, we’re expanding our Sales & Marketing team and looking for a Business Development Executive who’s excited by challenge, motivated by results, and passionate about building relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Drive qualified meetings through a mix of inbound lead management and outbound prospecting
- Build targeted sales campaigns that generate conversations and spark interest
- Partner with experienced Account Executives to break into high-value accounts
- Deliver clear value-based messaging to stakeholders from HR leaders to C‐suite
- Attend industry events and represent the business with confidence
- Keep your pipeline organised and your CRM impeccable
What You Bring
- 1+ years’ experience in sales development
- A goal-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership
- Creativity in crafting outreach and identifying opportunities
- Strong communication skills and confidence in senior conversations
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Bonus: experience with ABM tools, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo
