Business Development Representative

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 base + £10,000 – £15,000 commission

About the Role

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing sales team as Business Development Representatives across the Greater Manchester area. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in B2B sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

You will play a key role in driving new business by engaging with companies, building relationships, and creating opportunities for growth. No previous experience is required as full training and ongoing development will be provided.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Prospecting and reaching out to potential business clients via phone, email, and digital channels
  • Building early stage relationships with decision makers
  • Identifying client needs and introducing relevant solutions
  • Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Managing your pipeline and tracking activity through CRM systems
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
