Business Development Representative

Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 base + £10,000 – £15,000 commission

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential business clients through calls, emails, and outreach campaigns
- Generate new business opportunities and qualify leads for the sales team
- Build rapport quickly and understand client needs and challenges
- Clearly communicate the value of products and services
- Maintain and manage activity through CRM systems
- Consistently work towards individual and team targets
