The role (aka where the magic happens)

As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you’ll be the front line of the business. First conversations. First impressions. Real responsibility from day one.

You’ll:

  • Run outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark conversations with decision‐makers
  • Learn how to hold confident, value‐driven business conversations early in your career
  • Qualify opportunities and book high‐quality meetings for senior sales leaders
  • Track your performance, test strategies, and improve fast
  • Feed customer insights back to marketing, product, and leadership
  • Represent the business at events, conferences, and wherever customers are

This is hands‐on, high‐energy, proper commercial experience — not shadowing from the sidelines.
