£28,000–£32,000 base + £10,000–£20,000 OTE (Year 1)

The Role

We’re on the hunt for ambitious, curious, and driven grads to join our Leeds team as Sales Development Representatives. Think of this as your launchpad into a high-growth sales career.

You’ll be:

• Starting conversations with potential clients (no awkward scripts, just real conversations)
• Booking meetings for our senior sales team
• Learning how businesses actually work from the inside out
• Building confidence, resilience, and serious communication skills
