What You'll Do
- Manage and nurture a large portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Guide customers through renewals, expansions, and general support queries
- Build strong relationships via email and phone—warm conversations, not cold sales
- Identify genuine upsell and cross‐sell opportunities through natural relationship‐building
- Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Ops
- Create simple territory plans and account maps for key clients
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and customer needs (full training included)
