This Junior Account Manager position is designed for someone at the start of their career who wants hands-on experience working with clients, supported by a structured training programme and a clear progression path.
You’ll support and grow a portfolio of SME clients across the UK, helping them get the most value from essential business and technology services—while gradually building confidence in identifying growth opportunities.
What the role involves
A client-focused role where you’ll develop core account management skills:
- Supporting the management of existing client accounts
- Building relationships with business owners and key stakeholders
- Understanding client needs and responding with tailored solutions
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional services
- Working closely with senior team members to develop commercial awareness
- Contributing towards team targets while learning how revenue is generated
You’ll work with SMEs across the UK, across a mix of industries, supporting them with business and technology solutions that improve efficiency and day-to-day operations.
