Battersea, London | £45,000–£55,000 Base | Double OTE | Uncapped Commission
We're looking for an SDR Manager to lead a team of 4 SDRs while remaining hands-on with outbound strategy and pipeline generation.
This is a true player-coach role, with your time split roughly 50/50 between developing your team and driving your own number.

What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of 4 SDRs
- Running regular 1:1s, call reviews and development plans
- Carrying your own target and generating pipeline
- Building a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing to optimise outbound performance
- Using data and insights to improve individual and team results
What we're looking for
- SDR leadership experience, or a proven track record developing junior team members
- Strong outbound prospecting skills across phone, email and LinkedIn
- A passion for coaching and helping others succeed
- Commercially driven and highly accountable
- No closing experience required
