A high-growth technology consulting and managed services business is looking for an ambitious SDR Player / Manager to lead from the front and help shape the next phase of its commercial growth.
This is not a βsit back and manageβ role. Youβll personally contribute to outbound activity while coaching and developing a small SDR team, building the foundations of a scalable sales development function.

The Role
Working closely with the Sales Director, you will:
β’ Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs through regular 1:1s, call coaching, and performance reviews
β’ Personally contribute to outbound prospecting and meeting generation activity
β’ Build and refine outreach sequences, messaging, and SDR playbooks
β’ Drive pipeline generation across mid-market and enterprise accounts
β’ Work closely with marketing to improve campaign quality and conversion
β’ Use data and CRM insights to optimise outreach performance and sequencing
β’ Support onboarding and enablement for future SDR hires as the team grows
β’ Engage senior stakeholders including CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, and IT leaders

What Theyβre Looking For
β 3+ years in B2B technology sales, SDR, or inside sales environments
β Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
β Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading peers
β Track record of consistently exceeding KPIs and targets
β Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior decision-makers
β CRM and sales engagement platform experience (HubSpot advantageous)
β Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and improve processes

β Managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, or Microsoft ecosystem experience
β Exposure to vendor-led GTM motions and partner environments
β Experience building outreach frameworks or SDR playbooks
β Formal leadership or team management experience
β Knowledge of qualification methodologies such as MEDDIC or SCOTSMAN
