About the Role
We’re hiring a driven Sales Development Representative to join a fast‐growing tech business in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, thrives in a performance‐led environment, and wants to build a long‐term career in technology sales with clear earning and progression potential.
As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for creating new revenue opportunities by engaging prospective customers, understanding their challenges, and introducing solutions that add genuine value. You’ll be the first point of contact for future customers and a key contributor to the overall sales engine.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying and engaging potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Running discovery conversations to qualify needs and commercial fit
- Booking high‐quality meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Consistently hitting activity and pipeline targets
- Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by targets and commission
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and objection handling
- Organised, coachable, and keen to learn tech products quickly
- Previous SDR, sales, or customer‐facing experience is beneficial but not essential
