The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing, high‐energy sales team based in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s motivated by results, progression, and uncapped earning potential.
As an SDR, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues. The role offers structured training, clear progression, and a supportive environment where performance is recognised and rewarded.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively prospecting new business via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Identifying and qualifying potential customers
- Booking high‐quality meetings and generating sales pipeline
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Working closely with the wider sales team to support revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects
- Resilient, target‐driven mindset with a desire to succeed
- Comfortable with outbound activity and handling objections
- Organised, coachable, and eager to learn
- Previous sales, customer‐facing, or commercial experience is beneficial but not essential
