Our team at Flourish is partnering with a number of high growth technology businesses across the UK and EMEA who are hiring Revenue Leaders to help scale their commercial functions.
These businesses range from Series A–D SaaS companies and AI platforms to established enterprise software providers and founder led tech organisations building structured revenue teams for the first time.
These are critical hires, with real ownership and progression.
The role
These positions sit across SDR leadership, BDR management, and Customer Success leadership, combining hands on contribution with team leadership responsibility.
You will typically be responsible for:
Leadership and team development
• Leading teams of SDRs, BDRs, or Customer Success Managers
• Hiring, onboarding, and developing high performing individuals
• Running regular coaching sessions, 1:1s, and performance reviews
• Creating a high performance, accountable, and supportive culture
Player coach contribution
• Leading from the front in pipeline generation, customer conversations, or deal support
• Supporting strategic opportunities and key customer relationships
• Demonstrating best practice across outreach, qualification, and commercial conversations
Building scalable revenue processes
• Implementing outbound strategies across phone, email, LinkedIn, and sales engagement platforms
• Improving pipeline quality, conversion rates, and forecasting accuracy
• Building onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and repeatable processes
• Introducing structure, reporting, and performance visibility
Driving commercial impact
• Increasing pipeline generation and revenue contribution
• Improving customer retention, expansion, and lifetime value
• Supporting market expansion, new product launches, or new territory growth
• Acting as the bridge between senior leadership and frontline teams
Who this is for

What’s on offer
• £55,000–£100,000 basic salary depending on experience and scope
• Uncapped commission with OTE typically 2x basic salary
