Job Title: Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: London

Salary: £38,000–£42,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our London-based sales team in a senior capacity. This role is ideal for someone who has already built strong foundations in B2B sales and is ready to take ownership of pipeline generation while operating at a high performance level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying and engaging B2B prospects
  • Driving outbound activity across phone, email and social channels
  • Qualifying opportunities and booking high-quality meetings
  • Managing and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline
  • Using CRM systems to track activity and performance
  • Acting as a role model within the SDR team and sharing best practice

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role
  • Proven ability to consistently hit activity or revenue-related targets
  • Strong communication, objection-handling and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A self-motivated, commercially minded approach
  • Desire to progress within a structured sales organisation
